Description

Specialist in traditionally upholstered heirloom and period pieces. Hare in the Chair is a small Bristol-based upholstery business providing services to high-end commercial businesses alongside bespoke pieces for domestic settings.
My main focus is antique and vintage chairs upholstered using traditional techniques. I love to know the story of your furniture and use this along with historical contextual information to upholster seating that is durable, comfortable and sympathetic to its origins.

I am a certified member of the Guild of Traditional Upholsterers and also run upholstery classes from my workshop on the outskirts of Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
