Flamingo Upholstery
Janneke runs Flamingo Upholstery, based in Glasgow's west end.
Originally from the Netherlands, but having lived in the UK for many years Janneke is now settled on Glasgow's Southside. Janneke graduated with a Distinction in her AMUSF qualifications in June 2016 and is skilled in both traditional and modern upholstery techniques. Following her training she gained valuable experience working with an established upholsterer, where she honed her skills by completing commissions and assisting with teaching.
Nowadays Janneke can be found in her own workshop, running Flamingo Upholstery, where she takes on commissions for residential work, runs regular leisure classes and also some unique upholstered pieces for sale.
