Justin Dazey, the owner, designer, and lead upholsterer, learned the art of upholstery from a third-generation master upholsterer. He has applied his interior design skills and knowledge of furniture history to elevate the field of upholstery in the region. Justin's meticulous approach to working with fine fabrics and leather, along with his attention to detail, sets him apart. He leads a small, dedicated family team that includes a studio manager and an apprentice, all of whom are committed to preserving the traditional craft of upholstery.

Justin is passionate about restoring old items and treats each piece as a work of art, allowing them to tell their own story. His deep understanding of historical methods informs his work, making him not just a craftsman but also a steward of upholstery heritage.

Justin is a co-owner of Upholstery Education, offering courses in historical traditional upholstery techniques across the United States.
