A Fold of Chairs is a design-led upholstery studio based in St Albans, specialising in restoring and reupholstering mid-century furniture. Work is carried out with a focus on precision, longevity, and respect for the original design.
We work on original mid-century pieces, both for sale in our shop and on behalf of private clients and interior designers. Alongside our retail collection, we offer a bespoke upholstery service for individual projects or larger design commissions.
