If you'd like to provide us with some informal feedback about your training facility, please use the form below

Please note, to enable informal action to be taken, your feedback will be shared with the Training Centre Board Representative and the Association Manager. Your name, if you provide it, will not be shared more widely. If you prefer, submit your feedback anonymously.

All feedback is treated as confidential. This process does not replace the formal complaints process, which must be followed for all serious complaints.
