Exhibitors will be able to set up the evening before the show on the 8th of September. All exhibitors will be given a time slot to unload and load.
The hotel has its own car park and will be charged at rates for London.
There will a 20% discount on all rooms in the hotel for our exhibitors and guests, click this link to access the discount for the overnight stay.
All full members, Associate members and Student members can visit the show free of charge. Anyone outside of the membership will pay a small fee of £10 for both days. E-tickets will be available from the AMUSF website in a couple of weeks’ time. Please note that if you are a member of any type of the AMUSF you will still need to register online and print your e-ticket.
Lunch menus for exhibitors will be handed out to exhibitors at the start of the day. Lunch will then be given out to each individual stand. There is a charge for lunch and if each stand can pay for their own food. Alternatively the hotel has three restaurants and of course the hotel is located on the high street if anyone would prefer to eat out.
